The Company is operating in its own PCI Industrial Centre with a factory space of 90,000 square feet and a usable area of 470,000 square feet. Unusually, it started with R & D with a view to searching for a new way of producing an eco-protecting panel material to replace the wood-based boards such as plywood, MDF, OSB, particleboard. After three years of intensive research, PCI succeeded in inventing the 400% environmental Polyboard which eliminates polluting plastic waste to save precious trees and is constantly reusablem, 100% recyclable and produces no waste during its manufacture and in use. PCI takes pride in the fact that the forklift-ramming resistant Polyboard scuff-liners and wall panels have become the norm for fitting and retrofitting trailers and containers, widely recognized as the "Lifetime Protector for Trailers and Containers worldwide".
